L'Enclume will offer a seasonal lunch menu, available on weekdays from April 2nd to October 31st, 2025, in addition to our tasting menu.

Our award-winning 'A Day at Our Farm' experience returns this summer and tickets for May - July are now live. The experience, now available on Mondays, will include an overnight stay in one of our superior Cartmel rooms (a handful of farm day-only tickets will also be available).

The first luxury train in England and Wales, The Britannic Explorer, A Belmond Train, is set to depart this July and Simon Rogan has designed the fine dining experiences aboard. Travel through Britain’s culinary heritage.

The Michelin Guide 2025 Awards ceremony in Glasgow on February 10th saw L'Enclume, Aulis London and Rogan & Co retain their Michelin stars, while SKOF earned their debut star. Congratulations to all!
