Announcing The Academy By Simon Rogan
We are incredibly proud to announce the Academy by Simon Rogan, a new culinary course in collaboration with Kendal College.
The cutting-edge learning package has been designed to equip participants with extraordinary skills and provide a strong foothold in the hospitality industry and develop a career in one of the UK’s leading restaurant groups.
The paid course will run for 18-months, culminating in a fully expensed week-long stagiaire at Roganic Hong Kong - with all flights and hotel accommodation paid for!
Over the course of the bespoke programme, students will work across the kitchens at Simon’s Lake District for four days a week, giving them a unique insight into Rogan’s farm-to-fork ethos and vision, as well as having the opportunity to work alongside the team at Our Farm.
The fifth day will be spent at Kendal College learning the essential skills needed to develop a successful career in hospitality and attain an accredited level 2 City & Guilds qualification.
