Such recognition would not be possible without the exceptional dedication of our entire team. From our executive and head chefs to our restaurant managers, front-of-house staff, reservations team, housekeepers, and executive leadership – each member plays a role in maintaining our high standards. At the heart of our success lies Our Farm, which continues to fulfil its purpose of creating harmony between growing and cooking.

Not only did we retain our stars, but we also celebrated a debut Michelin star for Tom and his exceptional team at SKOF Manchester, many of whom we know and who have been part of our team in Cartmel. SKOF was born from Tom's vision to bring his take on fine dining to Manchester and beyond, creating something people love that celebrates hospitality. It has been a privilege to witness Tom's journey in the kitchen, and we are confident this achievement marks just the beginning.
